Our office was established in the year 1946 and since the inception, we have been dealing in Labour and industrial matters on behalf of the management. The office was established by Shri S.V. Patwardhan which was taken over by Shri S.S. Patwardhan. We have been putting appearance from Lower courts to the HighCourt as well as the Supreme Court. The services offered by us include designing of Appointment letters, Agreements with employees, Agreement with contractors, Drafting of Bond, Drafting of Service Contracts, Drafting of LTS, Disciplinary action processing, Preparation of pleas in Conciliation and drafting, conducting and appearing in various Courts. Our team consists of 6 ppl who are appearing in different courts regularly…The team includes
1) Adv. Girish Patwardhan is the managing partner of this firm who has been working since 1981. Currently, he is also serving as the President of the High Court Bar Association of Indore Bench. He was selected as the judge of the Industrial Court in the year 1992 but declined it and decided to continue the legacy started by his Grandfather in 1946.
2) Mr. Ajay Lonkar He has been working with the firm since enrolment in the year 1998. He is regularly appearing in all courts in and around Indore and has special expertise in Evidence.
3) Mr. T R Lapalikar He is a retired Deputy Labour Commissioner who joined the firm post-retirement in the year 2002. He handles the matter related to Labour Commissioner and Allied Offices.
4) Mr. Vinay Patwardhan has been working with the firm since 1999. He is regularly appearing before the Industrial Court and Labour Courts in and around Indore
5) Mr. Prateek Patwardhan is working with the firm since 2007 and conducts and manages the High Court, Indore.
6) Miss. Kirti Patwardhan She has been a bright student since her school days, won the Best Student Award. She Completed her graduation from Gujarat National Law University in the year 2012 and thereafter has been practising in the High Court, Appearing in all types of cases ranging from Labour laws to Electionpetition as well as Criminal Cases.
